Lovely couple till 5 mins back and now they are fighting and shouting at the top of their voices.
Oh no, and now the girl is crying.
Its quite a sorry sight. Makes me sad.
This blog is a channel to put out my thoughts, feelings, frustrations and anything else that comes to my mind. I am a general pessimist and do usually rant a lot about a lot of things. Most people dont like that, and this blog comes in handy to put all that out in the open. I also get very bored sometimes...

I recently saw this movie, and I should I found it refreshing. The idea is simple - a band from Alexandria, Egypt is visiting someplace in Israel to play at an Arab culture centre there. However, they reach the airport (Tel
Aviv, i presume), but no-one turns up to receive them and they are left to find their own way to this place. Apparently, due to the nuances of Hebrew language, they get on the wrong bus and end up in the middle of nowhere. That effectively marks the starting point of the movie, and I shall not go into more of this for the fear of spoiling the fun for anyone planning to watch the movie.
The movie is mostly in mix of arabic (when the band is talking among themselves), hebrew (or maybe yiddish, not sure, when the locals speak) and english, when they talk to each other. The characters in the movie is
what makes it so appealing - everyday people - a proud old captain, who doesn't seem to have the respect of his sub-ordinates, the second in command of the band - who aspires to complete his unfinished piece and take charge of the band one day. A young man, who is almost rebelling against everything, a shy guy who gets his first kiss with a girl, a not so shy restaurant owner lady who takes pity on the band and offers
shelter.
The topics the movie touch on are not about arab-israel relations (which i almost expected in the movie), but something even more basic - about loneliness, human interaction, child-father relationships, self-esteem and
the like. Nothing is glorified, and nothing is 'said' however you revel in the way things move, in the way you identify with the characters in the movie - somebody you knew very closely, somebody you were, somebody you fear you might become....
This one is short....
Just saw this link on the BBC's website about a plane attempting a
landing in high winds! I was just wondering the state of the passengers
inside.
